Tips on a Blackberry Outlook Setup

Here are some tips to use when setting up a Blackberry on Outlook.

1. Go to the web page for the particular provider for AT&T its http://www.att.blackberry.com/
2. Click on Email accounts and click create account.
3. Type in the users email but type in a false password(if you don’t do this than the service assumes it is IMAP and you cant change it.)
4. When you type in the wrong password and hit ok it will error out and then give you an option to provide credentials
