Exchange 2003 Activesync not working but OWA does
If you are having an issue with Microsoft Exchange 2003 activesync mobile devices getting an error message saying Cannot Get Mail Server Error. Try the following to resolve your issue.
-Got into Internet Information Server (IIS) on the Microsoft Exchange 2003 server where the clients access via Activesync.
-Right Click the Default Web Site and Choose Properties
-Where the IP address bindings are, remove all static IP address bindings and choose “All Unassigned” in both the IP address text box and the SSL text box.
-perform and “iisreset” and try to connect your clients Activesync mobile devices again
